Film Submissions and Competitions
Are you a filmmaker? Entry forms and submission guidelines for the 2002 Wisconsin's Own and Student Filmmaker competitions are now available. Submission Deadlines: Wisconsin's Own Competition-December 21, 2001. Wisconsin Student Filmmaker Competition-January 26, 2002. If you are not eligible for either competition, but still want to submit a film for programming consideration, email the Festival at info@wifilmfest.org.

2001 Wisconsin Film Festival
The 3rd Annual Wisconsin Film Festival (March 29-April 1, 2001) brought a world of independent film to Madison, with 110 films from 21 countries and ticket sales of 14,000. Local media dubbed it "a smashing success" and "one of the best events of its kind in the Midwest." Many thanks to all our filmmakers, audience members, volunteers, sponsors and partners for making the Festival such a terrific success!
